Tradicional n\u00facleo de pesca, tem pequenas casas cai\u00e7aras \u00e0 beira mar. No local tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 comum os turistas irem procurar peixes e camar\u00f5es frescos trazidos pelos pescadores. \u00c9 um bairro dos mais tradicionais de S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o, calmo com casinhas antigas e preservadas. No bairro fica o Convento Nossa Senhora do Amparo, que \u00e9 da ordem franciscana e foi constru\u00eddo em 1664.<br>Al\u00e9m disso, tem tamb\u00e9m um importante s\u00edtio
